WHO WE ARE

Our Vision 

The PSA will give Pakistani students at Queen's an opportunity to interact with one another and reduce home-sickness by creating a feeling of being at home thousands of miles away. At the PSA, students will be able to speak their language, practice their traditions, celebrate their culture with other students of similar backgrounds, and share love and understanding of these practices. 
In addition to providing Pakistani students with a culturally familiar environment to interact with one another, the PSA would contribute a cultural vibrance to the community. Students of all backgrounds would be allowed to learn the customs and cultures of their Pakistani friends and peers, further enriching Kingston's diverse community.

Our Mission
The PSA is a non-political, non-profit and non-religious organization with a purpose to promote Pakistani cultural values to our members and the wider community. Our club will be creating an opportunity for Pakistani students to share their culture and beliefs and provide them with a sense of belonging in Western society.

The PSA is unique as it will allow all Queen's students to immerse themselves in Pakistani culture. By enabling students to learn about and celebrate their culture, the PSA will create a sense of belonging and unity in the student community. It will allow students to form meaningful connections with one another.
